These terms govern your use of the ClearRank AI Bitcoin signal alerts ("the Service"), delivered via Telegram and billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service sends real-time alerts describing Bitcoin event-contract trades — the operator's own trades, shared for informational purposes. Alerts include an entry, a target, and the result of each trade. The Service is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not a broker, adviser, or fiduciary. You make your own decisions and trade your own size.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and permitted to trade event contracts in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.

3. Billing & how to cancel

The Service starts with a 3-day free trial (a card is required). After the trial it renews automatically at your locked founding rate of $4.99/month until you cancel. New-member pricing may be higher; your founding rate does not change as long as your subscription stays active.

To cancel — it takes 10 seconds:

Cancel any time. If you cancel before your 3-day trial ends, you are never charged. If you cancel after billing has started, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Refunds

Because access is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. The trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

5. Risk disclosure

Event contracts carry real financial risk. You can lose your entire stake on any trade. Past results — including any win rate or cumulative figures we publish — are historical and do not guarantee future results. Markets move fast; an alert you act on may already be at a different price. Never stake money you can't afford to lose.

6. No guarantee of performance or availability

We do not guarantee profits, a signal frequency, or uninterrupted delivery. Signals may pause during volatile or unclear market conditions, and the Service may be unavailable at times.

7. Acceptable use

The subscription is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the alerts with non-subscribers. We may suspend access for abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearRank AI and its operator are not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
